Refund & Return Policy – GreenCart

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong meal kit was delivered
- Your order never arrived due to courier error
2. Non-Refundable Items
Because meal kits are perishable, we cannot refund:
- Opened meal kits
- Partially consumed items
- Orders not reported within 24 hours of delivery
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at greencartmeal@gmail.com
- Include your order ID
- Attach pictures of the issue (damaged/incorrect items)
Refund decisions are processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after placing them.
After 1 hour, ingredients may already be prepared.
5. Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to courier error:
✔ You get a free replacement or refund.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
✖ No refund can be issued.
